Buying a house is super exciting, and really time consuming. Instead of putting the blog on hiatus for a year, you could always just go to a weekly/monthly posting :)

There's this fine balance between real life and the blog.
ReplyDeleteOnce the blog interferes with your life negatively ( taking time you need to put towards your dream of finding a home ) then you'll start to resent it and dread writing.
I say take some time off. I'm certainly not going to forget about you and will eagerly await your return. :o)
Cast my vote! How exciting! We moved from NY to MD to buy our first house. My husband got a transfer and his company helped us with a bonus and moved us! Blessings!
ReplyDeleteYou could always go frugal DIY on us. We LOVE that! How tp live like a human with no money to spend at Crate and Barrel. And cheap-n-easy food! 'Cause if you hired someone to refinish the kitchen floor, you'd have time to make lobster gratine. But you didn't. :)
